Eurocrea Merchant is amanagement consulting company. It works with a wide base of loyal customers in the 2 offices located in Milan and Naples. Over the years, Eurocrea Merchant has seen a steady growth and has steadily consolidated its multidisciplinary approach assisting business projects of excellence in various economic sectors. The main team skills was developed in the area of R&D management, finance, innovative management tools, Hr’s management, energy saving, quality control and assessment. Eurocrea Merchant also supports entrepreneurs in the choices related to their investments, analyzing the feasibility, identifying best sources of funding and support in the operational implementation of the same.

We work on four main areas:

1. INVESTMENTS. We support companies in the day after day investment choices.
2. ADVISORING: counseling and advisory for all the legal and financial aspects in a project financing operation (Tax planning and corporate support, fiscal operations, appraisals, valuations for acquisition and sales of companies, brands, packages and equity shares)
3. MANAGEMENT CONSULTING: we are saddled with a high flexibility that can be followed at all times the life of a project, from start-up development plans to a new strategies for corporate acquisitions, focusing on: investment counseling, consulting on BASEL II, internationalization of companies, subsidized credit, design and implementation of internal management control, training.
4. EUROPEAN PROJECTS. Eurocrea is linked to a wide European network of public organizations, universities, research centers, chambers of commerce, regional development agencies, management consulting firms with whom we interact every day to distribute and import know-how.

Our team dedicated to the European projects is constantly focused on looking for the best funding opportunities offered by the European Community, in order to participate directly with our company and/or for our customers, especially in research and development, training, adult learning, local development. Programmes and sectors in which we can count on advanced skills and expertise: Life Long Learning, 7th FP, CIP, Sustainable Tourism, Life +, Culture 2007-2013, European Agricultural Fund for Rural development.
